Deleting your ZeroGravity account
Your ZeroGravity Fitness app account (Zero Gravity Fitness S.R.L.) can be closed at any time, free of charge.
In the app
Open the app › Profile › Delete account and confirm. You can close the account now or when your active membership ends.
Without the app
E-mail us at contact@zerogravitycenter.ro from your account's e-mail address with the subject “Delete account”. We confirm by e-mail once the account is closed.
What happens to your data
Deleted or anonymised: profile data (name, phone, date of birth, photo), national ID number (CNP) and address, workouts, measurements and goals, class bookings, support messages, door access code and device data.
Kept only where the law requires it: invoices and accounting records (10 years, Romanian Accounting Law 82/1991), proof of the consents given, and the gym entry history, anonymised, until the periods in the Privacy Policy expire.
